PLANNING: REQUIREMENTS MODELING

This part of our process encompasses the drafting of both a visual and logical plan of execution for implementing the project requirements. We conduct an in-depth examination of the system objectives, the problems and opportunities presented at every level of the system and the cause and effects associated with the applied solution. We have a systematic approach toward information gathering comprised of a series of matrices that allows us to group the collected data into logical structures that are separated by their concentrations within the system. Simply put, this process allows us to break up the system into manageable parts that affords us the ability to develop a proper execution plan. This constitutes the beginning of a completely documented model of the system from which all subsequent models will derive their layout.
